Clinical Support Worker for Adults

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Nurse to join our team at Active Care Group Recruitment. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, including assessing their needs, implementing care plans, and administering medication.

Responsibilities
- Carry out assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care.
Requirements
- NMC registration (RGN).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities or mental health conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
