Sales and Customer Service Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Customer Service professional to join our team at SLS Recruitment. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Sales and Marketing Company based in the centre of Leicester. Our client represents some of the most well-known brands in the country and is currently expanding its team of customer service and sales representatives.

As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales and customer service, working with a talented team of professionals. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong English speaking skills
