Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and organized Executive Assistant to join our client's team on a 6-month Fixed Term Maternity Contract. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a prestigious company in the engineering industry, supporting the MD and contributing to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the MD, including managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments, booking travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations. You will also be required to act as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls, and liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.

This role requires a high level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information, as well as strong social media skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have previous experience as a PA/EA or in a similar administrative role, with outstanding organizational and time management skills. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, a valid driver's licence, and willingness to travel as needed.
