Job Overview

The Lenovo Global Financial Services Business Development Manager role focuses on driving front-line sales of lease products in the EMEA region. This position seeks, grows, supports, and drives new Lenovo Leasing and as-a-Service opportunities for Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the volume of equipment funded either directly by Lenovo or by approved Lenovo Financial Services partners.
  2. Maintain a market presence for LGFS and leasing products to Lenovo Sellers and Customers.
  3. Support Lenovo's business objectives and targets through strategic initiatives.
  4. Engage in ongoing client account management and client retention strategies.
  5. Coordinate deal initiation, rewrites, and post-initial term management.
  6. Collaborate internally with all financial services and Lenovo business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and relevant regulations.
  • Ability to accurately forecast monthly new business volume in assigned territory.
  • 8+ years of experience in technology leasing, including both captive and third-party experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales objectives, specifically in Enterprise and Global customer accounts.
  • Experience interacting with C-Level personnel.
  • Knowledge of direct lease products and managed services agreements, including structure, pricing, and funding.
