About the Role

The Company Commercial team deals with a wide range of matters for clients, including business start-ups, sales and purchases of businesses, and management buy-outs. We also handle commercial agreements, intellectual property, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and share options, as well as providing advice on corporate matters such as restructuring, mergers, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting ancillary documents for corporate transactions
  • Providing support on corporate transactions
  • Conducting due diligence on corporate transactions
  • Assisting with reviewing terms and conditions and other commercial contracts
Requirements
  • Law Degree/LPC/SQE
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and administration skills

We are looking for a confident candidate who is able to demonstrate a keen interest in corporate and commercial law and has prior experience in this area. You must have excellent client-facing skills and be able to work to high standards of professionalism. You must also be able to work as a team member with fee-earners and support staff and across the wider firm.
