We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing companionship, support, and care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and conversation to our clients, engaging them in activities and stimulating their minds
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing medication reminders
  • Support clients with their personal care needs, including continence care and assisting with eating and drinking
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation to appointments and social events
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and laundry, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Assist with meal preparation and planning, as well as providing support with pet care and home maintenance
