About the Role
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable learning atmosphere.
  • Build positive relationships to enhance students' confidence and self-esteem.
  • Assist class teachers with various classroom activities.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
  • Support personal care duties as needed.
  • Work with students who have complex needs.

Requirements

  • Recent experience in supporting individuals with additional needs.
  • Ready for an immediate start.
  • Willing to undergo child and adult DBS clearance through Lara Search.
