Job Description

A major commercial vehicle manufacturer seeks an experienced Warranty Claims Specialist to join their team in Hayes. As a key member of the warranty department, you will play a vital role in managing and processing commercial vehicle warranties, goodwill claims, campaign and extended cover claims. Your expertise will ensure efficient handling of warranty-related tasks, maintaining high-quality standards and costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Submitting warranty claims accurately and on time
  • Aid in Contract Technical Pricing
  • To support & develop Warranty processes and reporting
  • Be primary contact for all warranty claims, including attending regular customer review meetings regarding contract performance and management

Working Hours:
This is a day shift position with varying hours between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. No weekend work is required. Estimated salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
