Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Vehicle Inspector to join our team at Thrifty Car & Van Rental. As a Service Delivery Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our vehicles.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a full manual driving license for a minimum of 12 months and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, identifying any pre- and post-rental damage, and performing comprehensive vehicle safety checks before delivery and at quality inspection stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed vehicle inspections to identify any damage or issues
  • Perform comprehensive safety checks on vehicles before delivery and at quality inspection stages
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle condition and any necessary repairs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full manual driving license for a minimum of 12 months
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • A flexible approach to working hours, rotas, and locations

What We Offer
