About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Absolute Sales & Marketing Recruitment Ltd. As a leading recruitment agency, we specialize in placing talented professionals in exciting roles within the sales and marketing industry.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical offers and quotations from customer inquiries, developing sales pipelines, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare technical offers and quotations from customer inquiries
  • Develop sales pipelines and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Efficiently manage and monitor customer queries
  • Communicate with customers to offer solutions and promote the most suitable product offerings
  • Foster harmonious working relationships with other areas of the company
Requirements
  • Preferably a background in the marine industry or a mechanical engineering discipline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building
  • Highly accurate, disciplined, and capable of managing a diverse workload
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and ambition, with a drive to excel in challenging situations
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong numerical skills and the ability to problem-solve
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently without constant supervision
  • Hold a current UK driving license
