Job Title: Scaffolding Contracts Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in scaffolding to join our clients team in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee scaffolding contracts from inception to completion.
  • Ensure all projects comply with NASC guidelines and health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Resolve any contractual and commercial issues that arise.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in scaffolding management.
  • Familiarity with NASC standards and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction or scaffolding management.
