Job Overview

Vetro Recruitment is seeking experienced support workers to assist adults with learning disabilities in living independently. This role requires a caring and resilient individual who can provide therapeutic care and support to patients with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with at least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting. You will be responsible for observing, monitoring, and keeping records of patient conditions while treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic care and support to patients with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs
  • Assist residents through a care pathway to help them live as independently as possible
  • Monitor and record patient conditions, ensuring each person receives dignified, compassionate, and honest treatment
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
  • PBM/TMVA certificate (or willingness to attend training)
Salary and Benefits
