We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Clinical Care Specialist. Your primary focus will be on providing personal, social, and domestic support, while adhering to the service user's individual care and support plan.
Main Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing care and support to service users in their own homes, including personal care, social support, and domestic assistance
• Assisting service users with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration
• Maintaining accurate records of service user information, including care plans and progress notes
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Participating in ongoing professional training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and experience:
• 3 months previous care experience
• Personal Care qualification
• Moving and Handling certification
• Medication Administration training
