Sales and Customer Service Leader

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Performance and Planning Strategist to join our team in London. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with a flair for business planning and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential. You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management, and the leadership of a high-performing team.
The successful candidate will have previous retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment. They will also have the ability to deliver services and product demos to clients utilizing state-of-the-art technology, experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
