About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to join our team at AB Agri. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Commercial, Supply Chain & Procurement teams to provide financial and operational insights.
- Develop and automate Supply Chain Reporting to drive business improvement.
- Combine financial, non-financial, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use analytical tools and data to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- Challenge and identify improved waste management practices to support our zero-loss culture.
- Complete month-end duties and prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Support Continuous Improvement teams in preparing financials, KPIs, and tracking progress.
- Prepare procurement cover reports and identify risks and opportunities linked with pricing and buying.
- Keep sustainability and environmental impacts at the forefront of business decisions aligned with our plant protection strategy.
About You:
- Qualified Accountant with budgeting and forecasting knowledge and skills.
- Good analytical skills and experience with financial systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis experience.

- Financial control and risk management.
- Power BI experience.
- Manufacturing finance experience.
- Business partnering experience.
- Commercial finance experience.
