Key Responsibilities
In the role of Quality Controller, you will play a vital part in ensuring that quality protocols and procedures are strictly adhered to and consistently enhanced. Your primary duties will encompass:
- Grasping and implementing the business Quality Standards to guarantee compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting audits to verify adherence to Quality Management Systems, documenting non-conformances with objective evidence, and ensuring that corrective measures are enacted.
- Executing product testing and internal audits as per schedule or request, and aiding in comprehensive investigations for out-of-spec results and customer grievances.
- Offering technical support and guidance to production teams, collaborating with the Department Manager/Operations Quality Manager on technical matters such as prerequisite management, calibration, labeling, raw materials, and traceability.
- Working alongside production teams to foster continuous improvement in technical control.
- Assisting with New Product Development (NPD) trials and product launches, overseeing testing and product lifecycle assessments to ensure manufacturing standards are upheld.
Shift Pattern:
- Two weeks of day shifts followed by two weeks of night shifts.
