About the Role

As Deputy Depot Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution center during the night shift. Reporting directly to the Depot Manager, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from overseeing staff performance to managing budgets and maintaining high safety standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to our dedicated team of warehouse operatives, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
  • Analyze operational data and generate comprehensive reports that highlight key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and collaborate with the management team to develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Champion a culture of safety by implementing and enforcing strict health and safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment for all.
