Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of various departments within HealthNet.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
