About the Role

Grandbies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coffee Shop and Boutique Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our coffee shop and boutique, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Staff Management and Development
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of baristas and sales staff.
  • Ensure that all staff are properly trained on coffee preparation, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Inventory and Supplies Management
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have sufficient stock of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain high standards of quality.
Financial Management
  • Manage the coffee shop's budget, controlling costs and maximizing profits.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
Marketing and Community Engagement
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and customers to increase our presence and customer base.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a coffee shop or retail management role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
