As a skilled teacher, you will deliver high-quality teaching, provide a stimulating and engaging learning environment, and focus on the development of key skills in communication, literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional growth.
- Plan and Assess: Develop creative, differentiated lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of young children and assess their progress regularly.
- Foster a Love of Learning: Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where children are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and develop a sense of curiosity.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and outside professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child.
- Safeguarding and Wellbeing: Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and pastoral care of all children in your class, adhering to school safeguarding policies.
