Senior Risk Consultant - Credit Risk Analytics Lead

About the Role

Our team is responsible for developing and implementing advanced credit-risk models and processes to solve complex problems for leading banks and financial institutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing new Advanced Internal Rating-Based Approach (AIRB) credit risk models using Python, SAS, R, or Matlab programming languages
  • Leading the implementation of end-to-end credit decisioning processes, ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., IFRS9)

Your Attributes and Experience

We are looking for highly skilled individuals with experience in modelling and project management within credit risk.

Preferring candidates with:

  • 2-9 years of relevant experience in top-tier consulting firms, Big 4, or major banks
  • Specific credit risk analytics, modelling, or validation experience
  • Coding expertise in Python, SAS, R, Matlab, or SQL
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • A degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Finance from a top academic program
  • A growth mindset, strong critical thinking skills, excellent relationship building skills, outstanding independent thinking
