About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Live In Care Care Professional in Northumberland. As a Live In Care Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide non-medical support to help them maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of non-medical services to support clients in their daily lives
  • Assist with household tasks and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Encourage clients to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families to provide emotional support and companionship

Requirements

  • No experience or qualifications are necessary, but a passion for supporting others and a willingness to learn are essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect for clients and their property
  • Access to a vehicle is a must, as clients may require transportation for appointments and outings
