Our team of experts delivers exceptional services to our clients, and we are now seeking someone with expertise in Compliance Assurance to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on BSA 2022 requirements and duties
  • Support clients throughout project lifecycle, including site audits and reviews
  • Review and advise on competence submissions, identifying potential compliance risks
  • Liaise with Building Control team to ensure timely provision of building regulations design reviews
  • Contribute to business growth and development activities, participating in continuous improvement processes

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working in Compliance Assurance
  • Strong understanding of Building Safety Act 2022 and associated legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
