Job Overview

The role of the Regional Marketing Manager is crucial in driving demand generation through integrated campaigns. With the shift in B to B marketing towards engagement creation, contextual marketing, and lifecycle marketing, our company is poised to capitalize on these trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Regional Marketing Plans: Create and execute regional marketing plans that align with our company's overall strategy.
  • Execute Integrated Campaigns: Identify and execute the right mix of Inbound Marketing, Account Based Marketing, and Agency (Partner) Marketing to drive results.
  • Collaborate with Sales and SDR Teams: Work closely with regional sales and SDR teams to plan and execute go-to-market strategies and marketing calendars.
  • Optimize Marketing Channels: Plan, create, execute, monitor, test, and improve performance across all marketing channels for your respective regions.
  • Develop Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy adjacent to the integrated marketing mix of online elements for each stage of the customer journey.
  • Initiate Campaign Machinery: Initiate the production of bill of materials (BOM's), including e-cards, landing pages, white papers, webinars, sales/SDR assets, and agency/partner assets.
Requirements
  • Marketing Degree or Related: A degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 7-10 Years of Experience: 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a software or technology provider.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional (English) communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear, persuasive argument orally and in writing.
  • Understanding of Modern Sales and Marketing Technology: Understanding of modern sales and marketing technology tools like CRM systems and marketing automation systems.
  • Native German Speaking: Based in London but will be managing the Germany region/country, so native German speaking is a requirement.
