**About the Role:**

We are Systems Engineering and Assessment Limited, a company that protects what matters.

As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping us deliver and support our learning and development initiatives across the organization.

This role reports to the Head of Talent Development and is a key part of our HR team.

The purpose of this role is to ensure a culture of continuous development and growth for our employees.

We have an exciting opportunity available at SEA to join our HR team as a Learning and Development Coordinator.

  • Be the first point of contact and support to general learning, development, and training queries, as well as Emerging Talent enquiries.
  • Maintain and develop the Learning and Development and Emerging Talent content and documentation on SharePoint, the Compass intranet, and our careers site.
  • Support an ongoing programme of learning and training events for induction and wider organisational development across our sites.
