**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Payroll Manager to lead our payroll team and ensure the smooth operation of our payroll departments. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing a team of payroll professionals and overseeing the processing of payroll for up to 2,500 employees across our hotels, restaurants, and care homes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of payroll administrators and assistant payroll managers to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other business functions
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including payroll providers and regulatory bodies
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure SLAs are met and identify areas for improvement
