We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Development Executive to join our team at Voya Financial, Inc. in the United States.

This role will involve working closely with senior leadership and sales teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in business development, a strong understanding of the retirement industry, and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing sales outreach strategies to maximize visibility in the marketplace
  2. Collaborating with marketing and sales enablement teams to align business strategy and goals
  3. Assisting in the development of digital tools to market to intermediaries, clients, and firms
  4. Maintaining and updating CRM systems with intermediary, firm, and client information
  5. Driving project items related to identifying new distribution channels
  6. Developing procedures for sales teams and documentation for engagement with internal business partners
  7. Creating training materials and delivering new product offerings and services or sales enablement tools for the sales team

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary between $84,260 and $105,320 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Voya Financial, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, a 401(k) savings plan with generous company matching contributions, and tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year.

Please note that this position is open to candidates who are willing to work from home and reside anywhere in the lower 48 states.
