AML Compliance Officer

At Hubstaff, we are seeking a highly skilled AML Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our company is fully compliant with local and international money laundering, counter terrorist financing, and other financial crimes laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement anti-money laundering policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential money laundering and terrorist financing risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of anti-money laundering controls and procedures.
- Monitor and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Provide training and support to staff on anti-money laundering policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
