About the Role

At Atos SE, we're seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Lead and Strategist to drive large-scale digital transformations on the Salesforce platform. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your expertise to conceptualize complex solutions, design effective roadmaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Salesforce strategies, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Design and deploy scalable solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce best practices and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project delivery.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need extensive experience in Salesforce implementation, with a strong background in solution architecture, technical lead, and project management. Your expertise should include knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem components, such as NPSP and industry clouds, as well as proficiency in agile methodologies and Scrum/Done teams.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce implementation projects, including architect or technical lead roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce engineering strategies, including environment architecture, data management architecture, and release management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce PD1, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, and Designer/Architect specialization certifications.
  • PMP and TOGAF certifications are a plus.
