We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd.

About the Role:

  • Establish your own brand within a niche sector and take ownership of your recruitment strategy
  • Utilize a wealth of tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Business Development, and Marketing Departments, to drive success
  • Enjoy regular salary reviews and a transparent commission structure with low thresholds
  • Benefit from dedicated 1:1 support and input to ensure your continual development and career growth

What We Offer:

  • 26 days of Annual Leave (plus Bank Holidays), increasing by 1 day each year, up to a fantastic 31 days
