What You'll Do:

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth within SMB accounts, collaborating with marketing teams, and prioritizing customer needs in a hybrid role based in the UK or remotely. This involves:

  • Educating customers on the value of Sign In App and collaborating with internal teams to provide an outstanding experience for clients.
  • Prioritizing and advocating for customer needs, managing communication and documenting client interactions using data-driven approaches to lead outreach campaigns.
  • Negotiating contract renewals and managing customer expectations while coordinating with marketing teams on customer programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in a client-facing, high-tech B2B, account management or renewal management role.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment.
  • Ability to interact with executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software products (Salesforce.com preferred).
  • Ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Outstanding listening skills with the ability to translate client communications into solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills, highly detail-oriented, motivated to document process.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and passion to learn new skills.
