Exciting Opportunity: Instrumentation & Monitoring Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation & Monitoring Engineer to join our team at BAM Nuttall. If you have a passion for geotechnical engineering and experience in monitoring systems, we want to hear from you.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for project delivery and ensure seamless execution.
  • Install and monitor geotechnical and structural instrumentation to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Manage data processing and reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze monitoring data and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

Required:

  • Degree in geotechnical/geological engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of monitoring software and IT systems, including data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Valid UK driving license for travel to project sites.

Desirable:

  • 1-3 years' experience in construction or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
  • Ability to identify engineering risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Good documentation and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
