Site Operations Manager Position

This is a permanent position working closely with the Project Manager to ensure effective project management and timely delivery. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of site activities, including optimising resource utilisation and maintaining HSEQ compliance.
About the Role:
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven track record as a Site Agent with successful civil project delivery experience.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, and project costing software.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
