Job Title: Drama Graduate

Are you a recent graduate looking to start a career in education? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Drama Graduate to join our team at GSL Education.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to support our teaching staff and enhance the educational experience for our students. As a Drama Graduate, you will play a vital role in assisting with lesson planning, delivering engaging lessons, and providing individual support to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and delivering effective lessons that cater to the needs of our students.
  • Support teachers in assessing and monitoring student progress, providing valuable insights and feedback.
  • Provide individual or small group support to students who require additional help, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Encourage and inspire students to participate in extracurricular activities, promoting a love of learning and creativity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the school community, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
  • A degree in any discipline, preferably with a focus on education or a related field.
  • A passion for working with children and a desire to pursue a career in education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritising deadlines and responsibilities.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
