About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our brand new 2-bed EBD Ofsted Regulated Children's Home in Bradford. As a key member of our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of children and young people
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Collaborate with external agencies to provide comprehensive support services
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's home setting
