Equipment Training Professional

We are seeking an equipment training professional to join our team in South England. As a specialist supplier of excavation support systems and specialist products for the water, civil engineering and construction industries, we require someone who can deliver high-quality training to our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in training and development and be able to work effectively with our compliance and training manager to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accredited courses at various locations throughout South England.
- Work closely with the training director and compliance and training manager to develop and deliver training programs.
- Assist in planning future development of courses.
- Travel throughout South England for up to 4 days a week.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role and a recognised training qualification.
- Qualifications up to date regarding awarding bodies, statutory policies, health and safety, employment and equality laws.
- Knowledge in the construction industry and civil sectors.
- Ability to communicate and deliver presentations.
- GCSE's C or national 4 and above in Maths & English.
- Full driving licence required.
Salary and Benefits:
- An estimated salary of up to £40,000 dependant on experience.
