About the Role:


We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a specialist care home in Worcester. The successful candidate will work with a leading organisation in brain injuries rehabilitation for working-age adults. The role involves ensuring patients receive high-quality care, supporting colleagues, and promoting positive teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a Neuro Rehabilitation service
  • Support colleagues and promote positive teamwork
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
  • Ensure patients receive individualised care plans and support
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:



  • RGN qualification and valid NMC registration
  • Minimum of one year's nursing experience
  • Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
