We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Education Support Specialist to join our team at Shorefields.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special needs, helping them access work and promoting their emotional well-being.

You will supervise students during unstructured times of the day and provide 1:1 intervention sessions as required. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.

We are a friendly, co-educational school located in Hutton, Essex. We pride ourselves on our non-bureaucratic approach to school life, which allows us to maintain a relentless focus on learning and teaching.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £21,130.62 per annum, plus benefits. The position is full-time and permanent, with term-time plus two non-pupil days per week.

The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm, and Friday, 8am to 3:30pm. This is a great opportunity to balance your work and personal life.
