Job Overview

Volkerrail Group is seeking an experienced Network and Cloud Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure to meet business requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and has extensive knowledge and experience in cloud infrastructure implementation, configuration, and management. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the business and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automating cloud/server functions.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to monitor and ensure cloud privacy.
  • Provide technical expertise to configure, administer, install, and maintain server hardware and software.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in network and cloud architecture.
  • Proven track record in cloud infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
Salary:

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
