About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator to join our team in Central and Southern Scotland, North Wales and in the North West of England.

This is a key position that requires a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills to provide executive level support to senior stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing high-level administrative support to senior stakeholders, including monitoring email, diary management, travel booking and preparing presentations and reports.
  • Administration and preparation of meetings, including planning, preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of papers, minute taking and maintaining/updating action logs.
  • Contributing to key value-add activities that enable the smooth running of the department, such as supporting senior stakeholders with setting and achieving strategic objectives, budgeting and facilitating the performance management cycle.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar PA role, supporting senior stakeholders. You will need to be able to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality at all times. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus a range of flexible benefits, including 36 days annual leave, holiday purchase, share incentive plan, payroll giving and charity matched funding, technology vouchers, cycle to work scheme and public transport season ticket loans.
