Resident Support Professional

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at our care home in Bury St Edmunds. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of older people.
The successful candidate will have experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Salary: £0 per hour (dependent on experience) + generous benefits package
This role involves supporting residents with their daily needs, following care plans, and ensuring they have one-to-one time. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
About You
To be considered for this role, you should have some experience of caring for older people, a caring and empathetic nature, and excellent communication skills. You must also be reliable, flexible, and able to work well in a team.
