We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Education Support Assistant at Academics Ltd.

About the Opportunity

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to pupils in their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
  • Assist pupils with their educational needs, including literacy, numeracy, and other subjects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting pupils.

We offer a variety of different primary schools to work in, long-term and possible permanent opportunities, and access to our CPD library.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • GCSE grade C/4 or above in Maths and English
  • Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification or similar childcare qualification
  • Some experience of working within a school setting or with children
  • Enhanced DBS check (we can provide a DBS if you do not already have one at a cost)

The estimated salary for this role is £23,000 - £28,000 per year, calculated based on the title, job description, and location.
