Audit and Accounts Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit and Accounts Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of clients and providing audit and accounting services to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage audits from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Prepare accounts for corporate organizations, including corporation tax returns, and provide expert advice on financial matters.
- Lead a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of audit and accounting services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with current legislation and compliance, ensuring our services meet the highest standards.
- Provide quotes and estimate fees for clients, ensuring our services are competitively priced.
- Assist with pitching to new clients and attending networking opportunities, promoting our services and building new business.
- Delegate work to and mentor junior staff, supporting their learning and development.

What We Offer:- A competitive salary of £55,000 to £65,000 per annum.

- ACA or ACCA qualified or a finalist with demonstrable accountancy practice experience.

- Commercial awareness, with the ability to provide expert advice on financial matters.
- Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
