BDM Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join our client's busy branch in a thriving estate agency. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work alongside a dedicated team of professionals and benefit from a steady stream of mortgage leads.
About the Role:
As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, you'll be responsible for providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients. With an average of 8-10 new mortgage leads per week, you'll have ample opportunity to build a strong client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer mortgage and protection advice to clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Utilize your expertise to generate new mortgage leads and cross-sell protection products.
- Manage your own diary and workload effectively.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £27,000 - £31,000 basic, plus car allowance and financial guarantees.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £55,000 in year 1 and up to £65,000 in year 2.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving license.
