Job Description for Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Pop In Stores. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily running of the store and managing the store in their absence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage in-store facilities to ensure brand standards are met
  • Authorise the dispensing of fuel and monitor the forecourt
  • Manage stock, ordering, deliveries, and report any shortages or damages
  • Ensure daily cashing and banking tasks are completed accurately
  • Manage product availability to maximise sales
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Maintain the store and forecourt to the highest standards
  • Assist with training and coaching colleagues
  • Support with food preparation and bake-off product cooking

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £26,085 per annum
  • 40 hour per week contract
