Claims Account Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Claims Account Manager to join our team at Chubb Ltd. in the UK & Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of outsourced claims administration, ensuring regulatory and commercial requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Claims Oversight: Lead the oversight of claims activities at Chubb's outsourced partners, ensuring that Chubb's standards are met and best practices are followed via regular reporting and meetings.
- Supply Chain Management: Monitor, assess, and take action to implement agreed frameworks to proactively manage every aspect of the outsourced supply chain to ensure Chubb achieves its business goals and conduct outcomes for customers.
- Commercial Performance: Supervise the commercial performance of Chubb's outsourced partners and identify improvements which could improve Chubb's results through data analysis and best practices.
- Reporting and Governance: Present performance internally and externally in a clear format, build and maintain a dashboard reporting system, and ensure Chubb's governance framework is in place.
Requirements:
- English Language Skills: Strong English language skills are essential for this role.
- MS Office Applications: Good experience in using MS Office applications, especially Excel and MS Teams.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
