We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our Property Team in Oxfordshire on a fixed-term basis until August. As a Carpenter, you will carry out various carpentry tasks, including repairs, installations, and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry
  • Install windows, doors, and door frames
  • UPVC servicing and installation
  • Locksmithing and gaining entry
  • All types of fencing and joinery

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the Residential/Housing sector
  • Qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 or have a minimum of 5 years proven track record in carpentry
  • Strong health and safety mindset and knowledge of best practices
  • Ability to work as part of a team
