About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Fundraising and Communications to join our Senior Leadership Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of our organisational strategy and building the Foundation's profile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a new income generation strategy to drive fundraising activities across philanthropic donors, corporates, family offices, foundations, and institutional funding.
  • Lead the development of a sustainable organisation, maximising ROI and creating a strong brand and reputation.
  • Build the profile of the Foundation with key audiences, positioning the organisation as global experts in women's entrepreneurship.
  • Manage the Foundation's brand and reputation, ensuring consistency across all communications channels.
