**Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team, responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks within assigned buildings. The successful candidate will have a recognized plumbing qualification, experience in commercial maintenance, and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks within assigned buildings by required attendance dates.
  • Update legal compliance documentation via a tablet to a high standard.
  • Provide job/quote updates to satisfy the internal CAFM system, providing live updates to clients.
  • Manage time, workload, and communicate with lead engineers on a frequent basis.
  • Participate in a callout rota after a successful probation period.
  • Work on own initiative to maintain and repair plant and equipment.
  • Undertake L8 PPM and other PPM servicing.

**Requirements:

  • Industry-recognized plumbing qualification.
  • Experience in maintenance in a commercial environment.
  • Extensive experience in general building services.
  • Ability to carry out repairs/replacement of plant, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Ability to carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage housekeeping tasks.
  • Good communication and basic understanding of IT.
