Product Quality Engineer Role at Austin Fraser

We are a leading recruitment agency with a diverse range of clients across various industries. We're currently seeking a Product Quality Engineer to join our client's team in Luton, Bedfordshire.

As a Product Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the final product meets our company's quality standards. You will work closely with the development team to implement inspection activities, detect and resolve problems, and deliver satisfactory outcomes.

  • You will develop and manage the quality control and quality assurance procedures and conformance reviews ensuring contract requirements are met.
  • You will review enquiry documents and prepare summary QA/QC documentation as part of quotation submission.
  • You will prepare and maintain product specifications and process procedures, including monitoring approval records (Agility System).
  • You will control of contract quality plans and monitor live QP's for daily status.
  • You will control of Sub-Contract deliveries monitoring progress, compliance, and due dates.
  • You will ensure changes in specifications are reflected in accordance with Engineering Manager's requirements.
  • You will provide quality support to Sales, Operations, Production Engineering, Manufacturing and Test.
